Zenora LTD provides a comprehensive product comprising infrastructure, software, and immediate engineering support necessary for the operation and delivery of a chatbot plugin utilizing an OpenAI backend. The product comes in various versions ranging from basic information retrieval to advanced features such as event scheduling. All versions of the product are equipped with conversational abilities.

Liability Disclaimer

  1. Hallucinations: While Zenora LTD will take all reasonable precautions to prevent the occurrence of hallucinations, by utilizing the product, you acknowledge and agree that Zenora LTD cannot be held liable for any such inventions or creative behavior exhibited by an LLM (Language Learning Model).

  2. Malicious Use: Zenora LTD holds no liability for any undesired behavior resulting from the malicious exploitation of the chatbot with the specific intent to disrupt or alter its designed functionality. However, Zenora LTD will endeavor to prevent and mitigate any malicious misuse through reasonable means.

User Conduct

You agree to use the service in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. Prohibited behavior includes engaging in any illegal activities or behavior not discussed and approved by Zenora LTD at the time of development for the customer's bot. This includes but is not limited to modifying the chatbot's behavior, sharing the service with a third party that has not paid for it, or deploying it on a website not approved by Zenora LTD.
